without grenadine
with grenadine

Banana Liquor is a must for this drink. I used 99 Bananas. some people may find 3/4th shot too strong. In that case, put 1/2 shot of 99 Bananas.

Gin & Tonic

Take a glass filled with ice cubes. Fill half the glass with gin.

Top it with tonic water. Squeeze half lime on top. Lime does the magic.

Mai Tai

Mai Tai means Very Good in Tahitian language

Ingredients

Rum
lime juice
Pineapple juice
Grenadine
Dark rum (optional)
orange liqueur (optional)
Nutty syrup (optional) I used Disaronno, because I had it

Take a  glass filled with crushed ice or ice cubes.

Pour 11/2-2 shots of rum . If you are using 1/2 shot of orange liqueur, then 1 1/2 shot of rum is sufficient. Add 1/2 shot of orange liqueur( I used cointreau), 1/2 shot of nutty syrup (I used Disaronno), 1/2 shot of lime juice. Top the glass with pineapple juice. Then add grenadine.

Add grenadine along the straw, so that it sinks to the bottom and gives a nice shade to the drink. Grenadine serves as a source for sugar, so add according to your taste. Do not stir after adding grenadine.
Put a dash of dark rum on top (looks pretty) and serve the drink.
