Must try Liqueurs

Ginger Liqueur: The best liqueur ever.
Domaine de Canton is a ginger flavored liqueur. Lots of cocktails are possible. But before you get to cocktails, the liqueur gets over.

La Pinta Pomeogranate Tequila

This is a must buy Tequila if you are coming back from Cancun.  The best tequila, I have ever had. Enjoy it neat - refrigerated cold.
Call me if you dont like it, I will be shocked :)

Mother's recipe Pumpkin Liquor

If you like Bailey's try this on the rocks. Great drink for Halloween season.

DRUMGRAY Cream Liqueur

Tastes lot richer than Baileys.
Baileys has Irish whiskey and cream. This has Scotch whiskey, chocolate and cream.
Drink on the rocks or Spike cold Indian chai tea with Drumgray.

Amarula - South African Cream Liqueur

I had it for the first time at my aunt's place two years ago and loved it. I continue to buy it. This goes with Indian food too.

Orange Cointreau

Lot of recipes ask for orange liquor. Some ask specifically for Cointreau, while others call out orange curacao or Grand Marnier. I use Cointreau as a orange liquor in most recipes. Grand Marnier gives darker color to drinks and Cointreau is colorless. If not Cointreau, you can use triple sec (cheaper orange liquor).

Buttershots - Butter Scotch Liqueur

Butterscotch Schnapps is a must have during camping, hiking or ice fishing. Even the people who never drink alcohol would love it neat. It can be added to tea, coffee or milk - makes all them yummy.
Its a very light plastic bottle and hence easy to carry in backpack.

Laphroaig Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Very strongly flavored Scotch Whiskey. Only for whiskey lovers. It is at least aged for 10 years. Little Expensive.

My husband says, "this has more flavor than all Indian food"

Make your own banana liqueur
