Whisky/honey - best medicine for cold
Option 1.
Take a cocktail glass. Add whiskey and honey in 1:1 or 2:1 or any ratio that you prefer.
Boil water separately. Then heat the mix as shown in the picture below.
Never heat them in microwave or gas. It will ruin the aroma of whisky.
Option 2
Honey, whiskey, hot water, lime juice, cinnamon and cloves
1½ ounce brown liquor such as brandy, whiskey or rum
1 tablespoon honey
½ ounce lemon juice
1 cup hot water
Lemon wedge, cinnamon stick and star anise, for garnish (optional)

Combined the first four ingredients into the bottom of a warmed mug.
Whisky Sour
Sour is a cocktail containing base liquor, lime juice, sweetener (sugar syrup or grenadine or orange juice or pineapple juice) and egg white for foam.
Whisky sour
Take a glass.
Add 3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1.5oz simple syrup
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz egg white
Shake them.
Then add ice and shake again. (critical to shake separately - before & after ice)
Then strain in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with bitters.
Add few drops of bitter and make a design using toothpick
For Piscosour: substitute whiskey with pisco (brandy from wine making regions of Peru & Chile)
Caipirinha
For 1 serving
Take 1/2 lime (cut in minimum 4 pieces)
1 teaspoon brown sugar (white sugar can be used)
choice of fruit can be added
(for strawberry Caipirinha, use 3-4 finely chopped straberries
for mango Caipirinha, use 1/3rd mango)
Muddle all the ingredients well.
Then add 2.5 oz of Cachaca
add 4-5 cubes of ice.
Invert and shake and dirty dump in ice cold glass.
let the drink sit for 5 minutes for flavor to infuse.
Strawberry Capirinha was the best
